Same Day Delivery - for both Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Dubai : orders to be placed before 5pm
Abu Dhabi: orders to be placed before 12pm

Next Day Delivery - for both Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Standard Delivery ( 1-3 days ) for all the Emirates

The products are delivered by the courier daily from Sunday to Saturday including Friday and public holidays.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

On this site returns are also always free. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section.

In the shipping confirmation email there is the Tracking Link which allows you to track the package on the courier website.

If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact the courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

We currently delivery to the UAE only.

We deliver to any address within the UAE.
